If sellers already send out the your goods and package:
We are unable to exchange your goods. If you insist to exchange, please submit your exchange application after package arrived at Buycbuy warehouse, Buycbuy customers service will contacts sellers and arranges exchange the merchandise, but in this situation you need to bear the cargo returns delivery fee.
